    Exceptional

    Location, cleanliness, charm

price of parking AND time spent waiting for valet parking to bring car back to you

    Superb

Location is wonderful, staff was friendly and helpful, good facilities, and big room. We forgot a mobile phone in the room and only realized it when we were back in nyc. The staff was great enough to send the phone via express mail (arrived in one day).

The sound isolation from adjacent rooms is not great, as usual in hotels, but it did not disturb our sleep.

Fabulous Hotel, Staff were extremely helpful, the hostess at the restaurant overheard me state that I needed to call for the car and asked if she could call for me! Front desk apologized for my small wait in line and every staff person that came into the elevator always greeted me or wished me a good day! Parking was a bit expensive but very convenient in and out policy. Well worth my stay and great experience! Kudos the Courtyard Marriott in Philly. The bed was extremely comfortable too and staff did a wonderful job keeping my room very clean.

I called for the car and once outside with ticket in hand I had to chase down the attendant for my keys twice but they were always polite.

    Fabulous

    Valet parking was super.

We ate both nights in the in-hotel restaurant nineteen 26. The food was fair but the wait staff was rather distant and absent. The second night, we had a delightful young lady wait on us but she was sent to the kitchen when she spent too much time (apparently) speaking with us at our table. Her replacement was sour and lacking in personality; it pretty much ruined our dinner that evening that started out so pleasant. Whereas I would recommend the hotel for comfort and location, I would recommend dining elsewhere.

Centrally located and easy to walk to historic / visitor sites. We walked to Independency Mall, Elfreth's Alley, Christ Church, and across the street to City Hall, Love Park and even up to the Rodin Museum and Franklin Institute. Great stay!

    Superb

Our room had a view of City Hall and William Penn Statue.

The front desk printer was not available as we were checking out and we wanted a copy of our bill after payment.

    Very good

The hotel is in the central, so good location. This hotel used to be used as city hall in 1920's (I dont remember exactly what it was though), so I like the antique appearance. Staffs are very friendly and nice. The room was clean.

I know it is fair price in that area, but it cost $40 per night for valet parking. The bathroom and the vanity were a little old and small.

    Superb

The central location was perfect, view was great - we could see Billy Penn from our window. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was helpful and friendly. Price was reasonable for center city on NYE.

Room was a little dated, especially the bathroom. Could use another mirror in the sleeping area so one of us could dry our hair or put makeup on without tying up the bathroom.

Good location, the food in the restaurant, very friendly staff and value for money. Rooms were good and plenty of room.

    Fabulous

The staff were friendly. It's in a great location and easily accessible to many attractions. The metro is within walking distance which also helped a lot in terms of transportation.

    Nothing.

    Fabulous

Did not have a meal in the hotel...drinks in the Bar were very pricy

Pretty much what was expected and advertised...no complaints.

    Superb

Location was perfect for everything you need to do in City Center. Walking distance to the Liberty Bell and Reading Terminal Market. Easy access to public transportation.

There really wasn't anything to dislike. Only had 2 nights in town. Wish I had more time to explore the benefits of the hotel.

    Good

The breakfast buffet is pretty nice. On the first day one of the waitress noticed my father drank coffee, the other day she still remembered it and offered my father coffee on his table. Very good location.

The bed linen was actually broken on one of the beds. I called room service and unfortunately that black lady couldn't speak English fluently and she didn't apologize for that- which I considered as very unprofessional. Then I went down to the reception and the stuff there said most of their room service employee can not speak English and she said sorry to me. No Offense but they really need to show their apology if it was their fault. Overall speaking it was a nice place to stay.
